Edward's hard maple end-grain and edge-grain countertop chopping blocks are made for heavy use. Feet on the underside of the 1-1/2" thick blocks lift them 3/4" above your countertop. The largest style is available with a 9" turned cherry bowl, which slides partially underneath the chopping block. When ordered with the bowl, this board is also designed with a perimeter groove to catch juices. The medium-size style is available with your choice of an 8" turned cherry bowl or a custom-designed terra cotta bowl that is microwave-, dishwasher- and oven-safe.
